“Couples can build their own unique story within this wonderful venue, and the memories created are treasured for years to come.”

Built in the 1830s by Lord Stuart de Rothesay, the castle was at one time the home of Harry Selfridge, heir to the famous London department store. It is now owned by BCP Council.

Cllr Nigel Brooks, whose ward the castle is in, said: “It’s wonderful coastal location and historical royal connections make it a perfect setting not only to celebrate one’s special day, but also treasure some memorable photos in the superb grounds and the Castle backdrop.”

Cllr Beverley Dunlop, BCP Council cabinet member for culture and vibrant places, said: “If you’re dreaming of a romantic wedding on the coast in an historic setting it really doesn’t get much better than this.”
