A WEDDING pro has told how brides need to remind their Maid of Honour about the most important duty at the ceremony.
She has warned that this needs to be done once the bride gets to the top of the aisle.
Laura, who is an Irish digital wedding planner at MyWeddingWhizz, took to TikTok to explain what the Maid of Honour should remember, and told how brides should remind them of this too.
She said: “If you’re a Maid of Honour, listen up. This is a very quick reminder.
“When the bride gets to the top of the aisle before the ceremony starts, be sure to take her bouquet.”
She added that it’s a “very important task” that the Maid of Honour should remember ahead of the ceremony.
People rushed to the comments to tag their Maids of Honour.
One person joked: “God help you on my wedding day.”
Another said: “I’ve put this on my reminder list.”
And a third added: “Also to sort out the bride’s train too.”

In other wedding-related stories, one bridal party was frantically rather than fashionably late after one bridesmaid’s mishap.
TikTok user Tori Hahn shared a video of an accident involving a member of her bridal party “two minutes before walking down the aisle.”
The bride, her mother, and her bridesmaids were drinking champagne and dancing to Shania Twain when one of the women accidentally spilled a drink on her dress.
The liquid stains were evident down the front of the rusty orange silk gown.
In a follow-up video, Tori explained the immediate reaction to the spilling incident.
“So my bridesmaids really sprung into action on this one. Thank God, they had thought to bring a hairdryer from the hotel for emergencies just like this,” she told her followers.
The newlywed added: “Everyone was such a good sport about it. I was laughing, my mom immediately told me to put my drink down.”
Tori explained how her bridal party eventually decided to remove the dress and saturate it in water, before using the hair dryer to dry the fabric.
