Reality Steve reports that Susie won Miss Virginia Teen USA 2011 and Miss Virginia 2020. Which is how she ended up being close friends with Caelynn Miller-Keyes, who also did the Virginia pageant circuit.

Fun fact: Caelynn and her boyfriend Dean Unglert have a bet going about far Susie will make it—especially compared to Dean’s ex Gabby Windey…who is somehow also competing for Clayton’s heart.

In episode 2 (which airs tonight, BTW!), Susie goes on the first one-on-one date of the season where she and Clayton casually jump off a yacht and also take a helicopter ride. At the end of their time together, Clayton gives Susie a rose, according to Reality Steve.
Susie Makes It to Clayton’s Final Three
Reality Steve went ahead and confirmed that Susie was in Clayton’s final four a few months ago, tweeting that she’d made it to hometown dates along with Rachel Recchia, Serene Russell, and Gabby Windey.

She Likely Didn’t Make It to the Final Two
‘Kay, so remember the shocking promo ABC dropped that basically spoiled Clayton’s final two? Well, neither of the women featured in it were Susie. According to Reality Steve, Clayton’s final two are likely Rachel and Gabby, meaning Susie presumably got cut right after fantasy suites. After the trailer dropped, Steve shared the following analysis:
“The two women whose backs are to us (and he’s seemingly telling he was intimate with both) are Rachel and Gabby, two women we know had hometown dates… So most people assume now Gabby and Rachel are your final two based on that shot in Iceland. Certainly looks that way, but with the way the editing works and how tricky they can get sometimes, the only thing we know for sure is that whole scene happens in Iceland.”
