One talented fan of The Sims 4 built a beautiful castle-themed high school that would give Hogwarts Legacy a run for its money. The Sims series is known for allowing players to live out their wildest dreams in-game. From living out careers, completing exciting challenges, and building intricate homes players have been finding new ways to keep their gameplay fresh and exciting, even eight years later.
Reddit user and Sims fan, wjdgjf3434, shared their beautiful castle design and a link to download it from the gallery. In their post, they noted that they built it to be used with the most recent Sims 4 pack High School Years and called it the “Grand Hogwart High School.” The build includes a grand hall area, a library, a classroom with skill-building opportunities, and finally a wedding venue in front of the gorgeous entryway. Though there is no direct hint this is their take on the Hogwarts Castle from Harry Potter, the build does include some areas that look fit to for a witch or wizard to study or practice spells.
Sims 4 Players Have Made Other Harry Potter-Inspired Builds In The Past
The build mode in The Sims 4 has allowed players to create impressive builds to share with other players who can add their own touch to the build. With the help of Custom Content in The Sims fans have the ability to make any build become a reality. Players have recreated their own homes, reality-television sets, and even epic movie locations like the actual Hogwarts castle from Harry Potter in Sims 4. This level of building takes time and effort to perfect but is always welcomed by other fans who want to download these impressive locations to play out stories of their own.
Even as fans ramp up for the release of The Sims 5, Maxis is still making improvements and adding new things to The Sims 4 which can oftentimes include new build items. With each new pack released more and more content becomes available and players always seem to find interesting uses for even the most obscure items. Fans have seen additions of new colors for clothing or furniture and usually with each new DLC pack a new theme or aesthetic for their Sim to try out. With the newest kits, Pastel Pop Kit and Everyday Clutter Kit, there are more brightly colored pieces of furniture and clutter to use throughout the Sims’ home to add even more personality to builds.
The Sims games always open up so many opportunities for players to let their imaginations run wild. The freedom the game allows and the ability to tell stories of their own is what has drawn so many fans to the series since the beginning and what will continue to bring them back in the future. Though nothing has been officially announced, there is hope that The Sims 5 will be available for fans to play soon. As the rumors and leaks from The Sims 5 are starting to appear more and more, fans will learn what to expect from the next installment of the series while they continue to let their imaginations take the lead in The Sims 4.
