The Governor of Delta and Bayelsa states, Ifeanyi Okowa and Duoye Diri, respectively were among the dignitaries who graced the wedding ceremony of Idi-shirin, a daughter of the Governor of Taraba State, Darius Ishaku, on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Abuja.
Idi-shirin got married to her lover, Efosa Igbinosun, at the Rainbow Event Marquee, Garki, Abuja, in a glamourous ceremony which saw guests dressed in different beautiful attire.
The wedding venue had a flowery decoration of green and maroon colours. Dignitaries were seen exchanging handshakes and pleasantries and there was plenty of food and drinks for the guests.
The couple earlier had their church wedding at the Cathedral Church of The Advent Life Camp, Gwarinpa, Abuja.
Other notable personalities present included the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; a former governor of Cross River State, Liyel Imoke; a former governor of Imo State and a former Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha; and a former Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus.
