ELORA – Renowned wedding and fashion photographer Davide Greene has a released a stunning bridal fashion editorial highlighting the beauty and inspiration of the village he calls home with a passion for wedding photography.

Elora: A Bridal Fashion Story, is the culmination of a creative process bringing together various artists in and around the historic village of Elora.

Greene captures the unique cultural and historic vibe of Elora with a variety of locales, setting the scene for a visual editorial that celebrates the elegance, sophistication and romance of a special day in a beautiful place.

Elora is a charismatic town with a vibrant arts and cultural feel, boutique shops and wonderful dining, with a beautiful blend of historic structures and modern design.

“There is simply no place like it,” Greene said.

It’s easy to see why people fall in love here, and for a wedding of one’s dreams, there is no better backdrop.

On location

Shot on location, the editorial features signature locations, such as The Lost and Found Café, (in the historic Elora Mews), the Karger Gallery and the Elora Distillery, as well as throughout the village’s colourful streets.

It includes a short film by Greene and cinematographer Brent Tremain, set to the music of Guelph band Royal Castles, with their latest release, “Stakes.”

The model for this editorial is Royal Castles member Katrin Sawatzky Johnson, who takes viewers on a picturesque journey of a bride on her wedding day, exploring Elora in style.

Sawatzky wears a gown by Spanish designer Pronovias, provided by Sixpence Bridal Studio in Guelph.

Design by local florist

Her bouquet and centerpiece was designed by Anna Drimmie of Drimmie Florist, in Elora.
