When it’s a Bawi marrying a Marwadi, you know it’s going to be a fun wedding. Despite the cultural differences, Anahita Havewala Agarwal and Vinay Agarwal had no worries, for both come from very open-minded families. The stand-out at this union was the music theme with invitation cards designed like music cassettes, the sangeet backdrop designed like a boombox, and the reception backdrop with musical notes. They also had gramophones for table centrepieces!
Why music, you ask? The couple fell in love over their similar taste in music! Vinay is a music festival producer and Anahita a wedding planner, so the duo planned their entire wedding by themselves, without facing any operational challenges. However, their three-day party alcohol stock got over during the first pool party itself, and, after word got out that their wedding was no less than a music festival, they had to deal with uninvited guests showing up on Day 2.
