As he worries she may get away again, Emmerdale‘s Liam Cavanagh makes a shocking discovery which could take her down.

Village residents are letting out a sigh of relief as sinister Meena (played by Paige Sandhu) has been taken into police custody.
The serial killer wound up in hospital after being pushed by Liam (Jonny McPherson) in a fit of rage.
Following a surgery, she told the authorities that the GP attempted to murder her while Liam and Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) maintained that he attacked her in self-defence.

Eventually, Liam wasn’t charged with anything but Meena has drawn in police curiosity as it appears she could be paying for her crimes.
But in upcoming scenes of the ITV soap, due on our screens next week, the lack of evidence against her worries Liam who only wants to see her locked up behind bars after the murder of his daughter Leanna.
While at the allotment, he reveals to Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) that he intentionally pushed Meena off the bridge and is thrown by Cain’s indifference.
The Emmerdale tough man, known for his short temper, is definitely not one to judge the practitioner as he has gotten into plenty of trouble himself.
Liam fears that Meena will escape justice again but is unaware that, in turning over the soil, him and Cain have unearthed the trinket box.
Cain hugs Liam, giving him a moment of support and Leyla (who was shot in a dramatic showdown) arrives.
The wedding planner – portrayed by Roxy Shahidi – spots the trinket box half buried in the soil.
While neither she nor Liam understand it’s vital importance, ITV viewers know that the box contains some belongings from Meena’s victims.
It could therefore be used in a case against her.
Sam Dingle already partially uncovered the box while working in that same allotment but was unable to realise how important it was to bring Meena down.
Will Liam and his wife Leyla make the same mistake?
Or could Meena’s trinkets signal the end of her reign of terror?
