A family business from day one, David Cattanach had a desire to give everyone the very best experience and make his guests feel at home. With his wife and children behind him, his hard work, determination and attention to detail put The Three Kings on the map as a popular choice for weddings over the last two decades.
Sadly, David passed away earlier this year but his strong values remain an inspiration for his family – and his children, James, Paula and Catrina, intend to continue his legacy long into the future. Nothing is too much trouble and with his expert training, they will ensure that planning your wedding is stress-free and enjoyable.
They are well versed in their roles: Paula takes you from your first meeting through the planning process, finalising all the special details for your wedding day; Catrina takes the vision and transforms the venue to your specifications; then James acts as Master of Ceremonies, overseeing the entire wedding day with his excellent team of staff, staying close at hand to assist throughout the day and evening.
The family continually invests in the business to ensure that every wedding is the best it can be. The biggest enhancement recently saw the addition of 10 bedrooms, each with commanding views of the surrounding area. The stunning bridal suite is included as part of your unique wedding package.
Taking care of everything for you
With the Premier Package the family aims to provide quality but at a reasonable price, working alongside suppliers to make organising your wedding easier. Prices have been held at £6,450 for 2024, with the 2025 price set at £6,650.
The hardest choice will be choosing your 100 day guests. Then put your feet up and, as part of the package, let The Three Kings arrange three luxury wedding cars, the photographer to take pictures in the landscaped gardens, three bridal bouquets and even kilt hire with a traditional piper on the red carpet for your arrival.
The package includes a glass of bubbly and assorted sandwiches for your guests after the ceremony. There will decorations on the top table and guests’ tables, as well as chair covers and chair ties for the ceremony and reception suites. Choose your three-course wedding meal and The Three Kings will provide wedding menus and a table plan, plus a guest book. Children aged 12 and under eat for free.
There is a champagne toast and a toast drink of the guests’ choice, as well as wine with the meal. Choose your three-tier wedding cake and enjoy a candy buffet, plus a private changing room.
For the evening, celebrate with entertainment and a buffet for up to 200 guests, as well as overnight accommodation. What more could you ask for?
